Subscription Cancellation Policy

Mystic Parcel offers monthly mineral specimen subscriptions through The Perky Cabinet. Subscriptions are available with monthly billing or prepaid 3-month and 6-month billing options.

Billing and Renewals

Your subscription is charged when you initially subscribe and automatically renews according to your selected billing plan. Prepaid subscriptions are charged in advance for the full 3-month or 6-month period, with monthly specimen deliveries included.

All subscriptions end automatically after 12 months unless canceled earlier.

Canceling or Pausing Your Subscription

You may cancel future subscription renewals or pause your subscription through your customer subscription portal.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges. If you have prepaid for a 3-month or 6-month period, your remaining paid deliveries will continue as scheduled. Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already processed.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription using the link provided in your subscription confirmation emails or through your Mystic Parcel customer account.
